Class Descriptions
Open: All levels are welcome.Students work at their own pace, following the teacher's guidance. Every class includes a flowing sequence of postures, breath awareness, meditation, relaxation and chanting.
Basic/Open: Class includes a particular focus on a group of poses to have the student become more aware of alignment and modifications.Classes are presented in a vinyasa style and includes pranayama, meditation, and relaxation. An open environment is provided for the student to ask questions in order to enhance
their practice.
Vinyasa/Restorative: Class includes a vinyasa flow followed by relaxing and rejuvenating restorative poses using props to support and assist the body.
Flow Class: Strengthen, balance and center your body and mind in a practice that brings focus to the breath and "goes with the flow".
